About the Role
This role is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership to the commercial division, partnering with executives to shape organizational design, enhance team effectiveness, and support employee development within a rapidly evolving biopharmaceutical environment.

- Lead performance management processes across departments
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development programs
- Partner on succession planning for key roles
- Advocate for employee engagement and inclusion
- Drive culture initiatives aligned with company values
- Manage complex employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
- Work with HR analytics to inform decision-making
- Support integration of new hires into company culture
- Advise on compensation and reward strategies
- Facilitate leadership development workshops
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring and promotion
- Evaluate organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Partner with legal and compliance teams on sensitive matters
- Oversee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
- Contribute to HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving commercial teams
- Monitor workforce trends and forecast future needs
- Champion ethical HR practices across the organization
- Lead HR aspects of organizational restructuring when needed
- Foster open communication between employees and leadership
