Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, chemical, or related discipline
- More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, MSAT, engineering, or operational excellence functions
- Demonstrated success leading international transformation projects, operational excellence efforts, and productivity gains in intricate manufacturing settings
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices
- Firm grasp of digital strategy and experience implementing digital solutions within production environments
- Proven leadership in global or multi-location organizations, with ability to lead, inspire, and grow diverse teams
- Strong business insight and ability to convert strategic goals into practical, measurable results
- Superior collaboration and communication abilities across functional and regional boundaries
- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP standards and international regulatory requirements, with a history of ensuring compliant operations

- Master’s degree or executive MBA
