Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end reporting, including detailed monthly investor packages, executive financial summaries, bank covenant compliance, and on-demand analysis.
- Lead the annual budgeting and continuous forecasting cycles, gathering input from delivery, sales, and operations to ensure precise and actionable financial projections.
- Analyze variances, reports, and forecasts to guide leadership in enhancing performance, reducing risk, and identifying strategic opportunities from internal and market perspectives.
- Establish strong partnerships with senior leaders and department heads to enhance transparency and deliver insights on key business performance drivers.
- Design and implement standardized reporting solutions using existing technology to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Supervise, guide, and grow a junior financial analyst supporting reporting and project initiatives.
- Support strategic initiatives as needed, including evaluating alternative business scenarios, ROI assessments, and improving data systems and workflows.
