What You'll Do
Lead multiple engineering teams building customer-facing, AI-powered SaaS solutions and core platform infrastructure. Drive product development with a focus on quality, scalability, security, and reliability, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to deliver impactful technology solutions, while providing executive oversight for AI-integrated features and maintaining strong engineering fundamentals. Help define the strategic direction of the Poland engineering site, including organizational structure, operating model, and growth roadmap.
Play a central role in expanding the local engineering leadership team, mentoring managers and directors, and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Represent the company within Poland’s tech community to strengthen recruitment, employer branding, and regional engagement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of engineering experience, including leadership at the Director, Senior Director, or VP level
- Proven track record managing large, multi-team engineering organizations in SaaS or global product environments
- Deep experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise software development
- Demonstrated ability to scale engineering teams through periods of growth or transformation
- Strategic thinker who can also engage at an operational level when needed
- Experience with budget oversight, technical investment planning, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Strong leadership skills in team development, performance coaching, and organizational design
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with operating in Poland or Central/Eastern Europe, including local talent markets and engineering ecosystems
- Leadership experience with AI-driven products or data-intensive systems
