Hopper is hiring a Senior Director - Commerce Partner Success (USA - 100% remote)

Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement the strategic vision for partner success across the commerce platform, from initial integration to long-term growth, emphasizing partner satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Partner Success Managers and technical specialists focused on onboarding, product training, and continuous partner development.
  • Design repeatable onboarding and launch processes that reduce time-to-value for new partners while maintaining alignment with their business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Act as a primary strategic advisor and escalation point for high-value partners, guiding them to maximize platform utilization, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver critical partner-driven product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to establish and maintain complex commercial partnerships.
  • Use data analytics and customer insights to evaluate product performance, interpret feedback, and refine offerings for improved results.
