Responsibilities
- Create and deploy AI solutions that automate processes, improve outputs, and introduce new capabilities for both internal and client-facing applications.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, including maintenance, enhancement, reliability, and migration to new platforms.
- Design solutions that connect to the shared intelligence layer of Polaris IQ instead of functioning as independent tools.
- Collaborate with the Head of AI and stakeholders in go-to-market, sales, product management, software engineering, and data engineering to find high-impact opportunities and turn them into deployed solutions.
- Supervise and mentor 2-3 junior AI strategists through coaching, reviewing briefs and work, and planning their professional growth.

Compensation
Annual performance bonus based on company, department, and individual performance. Must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible.
