Responsibilities
- Apply specialized knowledge of healthcare systems to inform strategic planning and execution for client initiatives.
- Serve as primary liaison to clients, leading payer-related strategy efforts to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of internal and client-facing outputs.
- Deliver strategic guidance for market segments during pre-launch phases and for established products, biosimilars, or brands facing patent expiration.
- Support business growth by contributing to research, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Offer in-depth industry knowledge to enhance project outcomes across service lines.
- Lead or support educational sessions for clients or internal staff as needed.
- Conduct expert interviews to assess market conditions and synthesize findings for client use.
- Help design and facilitate client workshops and competitive simulations, including role-playing as payers or stakeholders to illustrate real-world challenges.
- Analyze shifts in drug reimbursement policies and communicate strategic implications to internal leadership.
- Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously and help teams meet aggressive timelines.
- Attend industry conferences to represent the organization and collect intelligence applicable to client needs.
- Partner with account teams on budgeting discussions and advise on service offerings that address client goals.
- Develop or maintain training resources on managed markets topics and emerging healthcare developments.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to support team and client success.
