About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products that deliver measurable value to users and the business. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams in our fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on digital innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives spanning technology, operations, customer experience, and business teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release coordination, and post-launch iteration.
  • Define product vision, translate it into actionable milestones, and align roadmaps with business objectives and quarterly OKRs.
  • Evaluate third-party vendors, manage contracts, and ensure product investments align with ROI targets.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through platform consolidation, automation, and process improvements.
  • Analyze product performance through KPIs, DORA metrics, and analytics tools to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership, delivering updates, demos, and reports on product progress.
  • Mentor and guide product owners, fostering an outcome-driven culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in a digital-first environment.
  • Proven success leading customer-facing and/or platform product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, cloud-native architecture, microservices, and modern software development practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint execution, and product tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha, GitLab).
  • Deep business acumen, including product P&L, unit economics, pricing, and monetization strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with ability to connect product features to business impact.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read code and understand technical documentation (REST APIs, Python, SQL).

Nice to Have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries, mobile applications, machine learning, or healthcare domains.

  • Salary Range: $133,300 – $179,900.
