Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner II to join our team and guide the development and delivery of high-value products. In this collaborative, agile role, you will be instrumental in translating business objectives into actionable technical execution, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Gather and refine requirements from key stakeholders, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring readiness for development.
- Write clear, concise acceptance criteria for user stories and support sprint planning.
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with the development team.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmap effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Coordinate cross-team priorities, testing, training, and support efforts as needed.
- Contribute to final approval, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting of product issues.
- Partner with engineering, UX, design, and customer experience teams to ensure quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Agile processes and principles, including writing and prioritizing user stories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, negotiate trade-offs, and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools commonly used in Agile environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in remote work environments and managing distributed teams.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, backlog grooming, and iteration planning.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions.
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and cross-functional stakeholders.
