Lead the creative charge in developing compelling, user-generated style content that drives engagement and sales. As the on-camera face of the brand, you’ll bring products to life through natural, relatable storytelling—often alongside your own dog. Your videos will appear across key platforms including TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, designed to capture attention quickly and convert views into results.
What You’ll Do
- Star in and produce authentic, high-converting video content that reflects real-life pet ownership.
- Plan, shoot, and edit dynamic footage from concept to final cut using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Develop engaging narratives—like 'a day in the life' or 'product in action'—that showcase benefits in a genuine way.
- Run live-action shoots, whether solo or with actors and customers, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment.
- Work closely with creative and media teams to refine content based on performance data and audience response.
- Iterate on top-performing concepts to scale what works across campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to perform naturally and confidently on camera, especially in UGC-style formats.
- 3–5 years producing social-first video content for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with direct response strategies and performance-driven content.
- Comfort managing all aspects of production independently.
Preferred Background
- Dog ownership—your pet may appear regularly in content.
- Prior on-camera work in digital advertising or branded content.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the U.S., with a preference for those based in Texas. You’ll have the flexibility to create from your own setup while collaborating with a distributed creative team.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000, including bonus potential. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life coverage, a 401k plan, and 20 days of paid time off annually.
