Nearform is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure that supports scalable and reliable applications. You will work directly with clients to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital products.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Create and maintain deployment architectures and continuous delivery pipelines.
Design high-availability and fault-tolerant solutions for applications.
Implement monitoring frameworks, including dashboards, alerts, and escalation processes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Manage containerized applications and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
Ensure security best practices are applied across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
Optimize system performance and scalability through observability and proactive monitoring.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve DevOps processes.
Advise clients on best practices for cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and system security.
Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders and support project execution to ensure timely delivery.
Assist with the analysis of client requirements.
Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
Collaborate with client teams.

What We're Looking For

Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level, typically at least 6 years’ commercial experience.
Practical experience and knowledge of developing real-world solutions.
Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment.
Strong experience managing and automating cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools, ideally Kubernetes (K8s).
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Scripting and automation expertise, preferably with Python.
Experience with observability tools and monitoring frameworks for system performance optimization.
Solid understanding of security best practices across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
