Jobgether is hiring a Senior Developer to lead our web development initiatives. In this role, you will build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and headless CMS technologies, guiding projects from conception to deployment while mentoring junior developers.
What You'll Do
- Architect, develop, and deploy robust and responsive web applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Integrate and optimize headless CMS platforms to ensure efficient data retrieval and content management.
- Mentor and advise junior developers, providing guidance on technical standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, product managers, and QA, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Review, maintain, and improve code quality and web application architecture for scalability, performance, and security.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React.js and Next.js frameworks, and experience building performant web applications.
- Experience working with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Contentful, Strapi, Hygraph).
- Solid understanding of web application architecture, responsive design, and development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with modern web development workflows, version control, and collaborative development practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hybrid or remote team environments.
- Exposure to mentoring or leading development teams.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for web applications.
