Brink is seeking a Senior Designer - UI/UX to shape the visual and interactive language of our high-growth consumer fitness app. You will own the end-to-end user experience for a product area, designing beautiful, intuitive interfaces and turning complex problems into simple solutions.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end user experience for your product area, from discovery to launch
Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight and drive results
Turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
Set and uphold the highest standards for usability and visual design
Lead user research to uncover real needs and pain points
Rapidly prototype and test concepts with real users
Analyze usage and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate
Work closely with product managers to align design with business goals
Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Champion design thinking across the organization
Move fast without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For

5+ years as a UI/UX or Product Designer at consumer-focused companies
Portfolio showcasing shipped products that drove meaningful business results
Experience with user research, prototyping, UI/UX design, and usability testing
Member obsessed — you lose sleep over anything less than 5-star reviews
Design-driven intuition — strong gut backed by user feedback and data

Nice to Have
