ARRCC is looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our movement of creative pioneers. You will lead multiple projects from concept to completion, creating innovative interior solutions that embody our culture of curiosity, integrity, and bold expression.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple local and international projects from concept to completion
- Create innovative interior solutions for a range of project scales
- Develop DC and DD presentations, source imagery, ideas and specifications
- Create furniture layouts, custom models, lighting and detailed spatial plans
- Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure functional, lifestyle-driven design
- Liaise with clients and suppliers throughout the design process
- Prepare detailed registers, technical drawings and documentation to company standards
- Support project delivery through site visits, installations and quality control
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project performance
What We're Looking For
- National Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- 5–7+ years of experience with proven multi-stage project involvement
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Lumion
- Confidence managing complexity while delivering polished, high-quality work
- A love for design innovation and a keen eye for global trends
- A minimum internet requirement of 20Mbps (upload and download), uncapped
Nice to Have
- Experience with Twinmotion (advantageous)
