Binance is looking for a Senior Designer, MENASA to join our Marketing department. This senior role is pivotal in shaping the design narrative for our key markets in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia. Based in Dubai, you will create compelling visual communication that resonates regionally.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute high-impact design projects for the MENASA region.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and regional teams to translate strategy into design.
- Guide and mentor other designers on the team.
- Ensure all design work meets brand standards and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Significant senior-level experience in a visual or graphic design role.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing and brand design.
- Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and visual trends in the MENASA region.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design rationale clearly.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from concept to completion.
