Sr. Data Science Professional (multiple) Locations: Schnucks Store Support Center (Corporate Office) Time type: Full time Job requisition id: R-0041566 ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Spearhead sophisticated analytics initiatives to enhance organizational performance. - Implement sophisticated data science methodologies across structured and unstructured datasets to develop targeted algorithmic solutions. - Construct quantitative forecasting frameworks to anticipate business trajectories and decision impacts. - Leverage advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies to create scalable, automated data analysis and modeling processes. - Architect analytical tools for extracting, analyzing, and storing data insights aligned with business requirements. - Execute comprehensive exploratory data investigations from intricate information sources to support organizational objectives. - Apply deep learning and analytical techniques to generate innovative solutions for complex business challenges. - Design and implement experimental frameworks to monitor critical performance indicators and identify enhancement opportunities. - Develop sophisticated mathematical models to recognize patterns and distinguish significant content or events. - Engage in presenting and communicating analytical findings and outcomes. - Collaborate with technological teams and external partners for insight deployment through organizational applications. - Co-manage development and maintenance of comprehensive Data Science training programs. - Evaluate and implement appropriate business intelligence visualization tools for streamlined insight communication. - Contribute to advancing data science governance maturity through methodology and best practices development. - Monitor organizational activities and generate comprehensive management reports. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Required Education: Master's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or closely-related discipline. - Required Experience: 3 years in applied statistics or data science role, specializing in statistical modeling and large dataset analysis. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Proven expertise in optimization, predictive modeling, large-scale data acquisition, and comprehensive data analysis. - Demonstrated proficiency with mixed integer linear programming and CPLEX. - Verified experience in model visualization, inferential statistics, and MLOps. - Advanced technical capabilities in stochastic programming and Markov chain methodologies. - Exceptional technical proficiency using RDBMS, AWS, SQL, R, and Python. - Machine Learning Specialty certification or equivalent qualification.
