Live | Your Responsibilities • Facilitate analytics and modeling projects within therapeutic area delivery and investment analytics teams • Conduct data preparation, exploratory analysis, metric tracking, and performance reporting with exceptional precision • Manage and operationalize dashboards and reusable code assets in Databricks or Python/SQL environments • Collaborate with senior data scientists and team leads on model development, testing, and result interpretation • Implement documentation, version control, and deployment practices using standardized platforms and tools • Cultivate intellectual curiosity—continuously explore advanced methodologies like marketing mix modeling, predictive modeling, A/B testing, and causal inference Thrive | Anticipated Experience We are committed to developing treatments that care for others while simultaneously nurturing our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline • 5–8 years of professional experience in analytics, modeling, or data science delivery • Proficient in Python and SQL; comfortable with Databricks or comparable environments • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and performance metric tracking • Exceptional attention to detail with emphasis on delivering high-quality, reproducible work Preferred Qualifications • Background in marketing mix modeling, predictive modeling, or experiment-based analytics • Genuine interest in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical analytics environments • Proficiency with tools like MLflow, Git, or Jupyter notebooks • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with analysts, engineers, and business partners
