PM2CM is looking for a Senior Data Engineering & Analytics Lead to own our data strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Our goal is simple: To offer and deliver the 'best in class' project management, construction management, and project controls services.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data engineering solutions, including ETL, data modeling, and data pipeline architecture for large and complex datasets.
- Apply advanced analytical and statistical methods to build forecasting, economic modeling, and performance analysis that solve complex business problems.
- Develop intuitive dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI, Excel (Power Query), SAS, and other BI tools to support cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate analytical insights into clear reports, metrics, and executive-ready narratives that guide strategic operations and decisions.
- Perform in-depth project data analysis and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve processes and reporting capabilities.
- Create and maintain robust technical documentation and deliver data support to leadership, operational teams, and business partners.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, reliability, and governance.
