NFON is looking for a Chatbot LLM Engineer to build and optimize conversational AI solutions for our customers. You will be at the forefront of implementing the latest LLM technologies using our botario platform, taking projects from initial concept to fully deployed and operational chatbots.

What You'll Do

Develop custom chat and voice bots for our diverse client base.
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, working hands-on with our chatbot management platform.
Define how client processes are translated into effective dialogues and create the necessary content for the bots.
Develop integrations with customers' existing system landscapes as needed.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the bots.

What We're Looking For

A successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification.
Professional experience in software development or chatbot engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices.
A solution-oriented, analytical, and structured approach to problem-solving.
Teamwork skills and experience with agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Fluent command of German and English in both speech and writing.
