Truelogic Software is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our network supporting a creative technology agency. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact data platform that powers decision-making and innovation across multiple functions, including engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and governance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on designing robust data systems.

What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable data pipelines that align with privacy and governance requirements.
Build and evolve data consumption portals for both technical and non-technical users.
Own data quality and integrity across all supported systems and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and strategy to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Troubleshoot dashboard and system issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy of outputs.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of advanced SQL experience, including query optimization, indexing, and procedures.
5+ years of hands-on development in Go, Python, Java, or Scala.
Proven expertise building data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and system integrations.
Experience with distributed databases and data migrations.
Strong API skills with JSON and GraphQL.
Deep understanding of data structures and performance optimization.
Ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and departments.
Analytical skills for debugging and validating data.
