Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle development of ETL pipelines leveraging AWS technologies.
- Guide and support a team of Data Engineers and Analysts in technical execution.
- Work alongside the Data Architect to establish data modeling, standards, and integration approaches.
- Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance with security policies across all platforms.
- Build automated CI/CD workflows with monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability of data systems.
- Lead technical strategy discussions, optimizing for performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
