ING Bank Personeel BV is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for Tribe Insurance. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating strategy into actionable insights for Customer Journey Experts, Product Development, Financial Experts, and Sales Teams. You will support the implementation of Insurance products through factual reporting, proactive analysis, and strategic advice.

What You'll Do

Support the implementation of our Mobile Led strategy by building and maintaining insightful reports focused on Insurance products for monitoring key Performance Indicators.
Run a daily data process that automatically updates all linked reports. Own the end-to-end creation, automation and monitoring of all kinds of Insurance reports and insights.
Modify or add new or updated simple metrics to our data package and process, in close collaboration with business experts, data stakeholders from other product tribes and/or ING central data team.
Proactively analyze direct metrics and inform stakeholders, often Customer Journey Experts (CJEs) or Content Managers.
Occasionally handle AMI requests to deliver specific reports.
Provide data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of tools and campaigns used in insurance sales & lead management initiatives.
Build comprehensive and dynamic dashboards for lead and sales management process in Power BI platform.
Provide guidance on data knowledge for insurance in all projects within or outside the tribe.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field—or have at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
Fluent in English.
Ability to perform sharp analyses based on available data.
Experience in SQL is a must.
1–2 years of demonstrable experience with data analysis using tools such as SAS, Excel, Cognos, Power BI, or Python.
Know how to translate a business question into analytical questions and provide clear, visually appealing answers.
Team player within and beyond your team, with a proactive attitude and a sense of ownership for assigned projects.
Happy to work 50% of your time at the newly renovated Marnix office in Brussels.

Nice to Have

Dutch and/or French are a plus.
