Deel is hiring a Senior Data Analyst - Marketing

Deel is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Marketing team. We are transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies, and your analysis will be crucial in driving our growth. In this role, you will use data to inform strategy, build scalable tooling, and optimize our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the marketing team on cross-functional projects to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and scale our business.
• Design and build dashboards and self-service tooling in Looker to support a large growth organization.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to build a clean, scalable marketing data modeling infrastructure in Snowflake using dbt.
• Work closely with Marketing Leadership on complex questions to drive optimal growth strategies.
• Analyze landing pages, A/B tests, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives.
• Drive target audience segmentation, attribution modeling, lead generation analytics, and channel optimizations.
• Own and optimize data connections within our marketing technology stack.
• Design and implement effective attribution model strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience working on a data analytics team.
• Hands-on experience with Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with stakeholders of varying seniority.
