In this role, you'll work across departments to uncover patterns, test hypotheses, and deliver insights that influence real business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to identify key business questions and design data solutions that address them.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to track user growth, engagement, and unit economics—especially for AI-powered products like the AI Website Builder.
- Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and relevance in every insight delivered.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to measure product changes, marketing campaigns, and user retention strategies.
- Investigate user behavior to understand churn drivers, segment audiences, and assess pricing sensitivity.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines and advocate for improvements in data quality and accessibility.
- Support customer success by identifying behavioral patterns and optimizing onboarding and chatbot interactions through data.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL—comfortable writing complex queries and modeling data for dashboards.
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools to create clear, actionable reports.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- A mindset focused on results—driven by the challenge of turning raw data into strategic guidance.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Background in statistical methods and experimental design, including A/B testing.

Compensation & Work Environment
This position offers a gross monthly salary between 5,000 and 7,000 EUR, with opportunities for growth.
