Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic direction to diverse teams throughout the studio
- Enable teams to innovate and perform effectively by providing reliable, timely data access
- Advocate for players while demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for gaming
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative, solving complex problems with precision and a willingness to experiment
- Apply expertise judiciously and proactively share knowledge across teams
- Operate confidently in uncertain environments, iterating on solutions and driving clarity
- Analyze extensive game telemetry to identify patterns in player behavior, feature engagement, security risks, and areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders while offering expert guidance
- Convert business needs and context into clear data requirements and practical insights
- Gain deep familiarity with games through direct, hands-on experience
