As a Senior Data Analyst at Faptic Technology, you will uncover meaningful insights from diverse data sources to shape our understanding of business and culture dynamics. You will collaborate directly with clients to design data collection methods and develop analytical models, identifying key trends, patterns, and correlations.
What You'll Do
- Assist in providing industry and domain insights for data analytics projects.
- Understand client data, define transformation and analytic requirements, and work closely with the technical team throughout the analytics cycle.
- Implement insight-driven analytic components such as visualization, models, or reporting.
- Perform manual data enrichment and search for new data sources.
- Perform automated capture or scraping of data.
- Present findings and contribute to strategic decision-making by providing recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics or a related discipline.
- 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adept at using PowerBI and Microsoft Excel, including functions for data entry, sorting, filtering, vlookups, pivot tables, correlations and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge in Business and Data requirements gathering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to concisely summarize information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High levels of organization and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in the customer landscape.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to data analytics programming languages such as SQL, Python, SAS or R.
- Exposure to data visualization tools, with direct experience in PowerBI.
- Previous experience in MedTech, Clinical Trials or similar highly regulated industries.
- Previous experience or interest in organizational effectiveness, software development operations, managing capacities and operational delivery.
