About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes by driving adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities

- Drive customer retention and reduce churn through proactive engagement
- Uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic customers
- Maintain detailed account health records in CRM systems
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving product, sales, and support
- Educate customers on best practices and advanced features
- Track customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
- Support renewal processes with data-driven success summaries
- Promote customer advocacy and reference participation
- Manage multiple accounts with varying levels of complexity
- Respond to urgent customer escalations with timely solutions
- Ensure alignment between customer goals and platform capabilities
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Use customer insights to influence product roadmap recommendations
- Maintain compliance with contractual service commitments
