Serve as a technical advisor and outcome-focused leader for major customers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and renewal of data and AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals and deliver quantifiable value.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer engagement after sale, guiding onboarding, use-case development, adoption planning, and architectural oversight to maximize value realization.
- Develop and execute strategic adoption roadmaps that align customer business objectives with technical capabilities to achieve measurable results.
- Advise customers on enterprise data strategies, including modern architectures like data fabric and data mesh, and consult with CIOs and enterprise architects.
- Bridge business and technical teams by leading technical reviews, governance discussions, and re-platforming initiatives.
- Monitor customer health using Customer Success platforms, maintain health scores, and manage customer journey playbooks.
- Coordinate internal teams such as Support, Value Advisory, and Partners to resolve blockers and accelerate time-to-value.
- Identify expansion opportunities and manage the full renewal lifecycle, including CRM, pricing, legal, and forecasting.
- Stay current on advancements in SAP’s Business Data Cloud, Joule, and Generative AI technologies.
- Travel to customer locations as needed, up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in IT with experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technical Customer Success.
- Proven track record in developing and executing adoption strategies for large enterprise clients.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or comparable enterprise data and analytics platforms, with ability to articulate business value to executives.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures, enterprise data management, and data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- Demonstrated commercial expertise in cloud contracts, renewals, consumption forecasting, and revenue recognition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Joule, or similar enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Engagement experience with cloud and data ecosystem partners such as Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Snowflake.
- Understanding of functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Experience using Customer Success tools like Gainsight and managing strategic regional or global accounts.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional, global teams and regional or global initiatives.

Compensation
121,000 - 261,800 USD annually (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target). Variable incentive payout dependent on company and personal performance
