Lead a growing team of full stack engineers responsible for developing and scaling Intercept, a core SaaS application used by customers worldwide. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, requiring a balance of architectural insight, operational rigor, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and maintaining high technical standards
- Own the delivery of customer-facing features through effective sprint planning, prioritization, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with Product to shape roadmaps and translate business goals into actionable engineering initiatives
- Design scalable, secure systems in coordination with senior engineers and contribute code when needed
- Work closely with Data Science and Infrastructure teams to integrate models and backend services into the user experience
- Improve engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, code review, and observability
- Support production reliability, incident response, and long-term platform sustainability
- Champion a culture of ownership, deep technical understanding, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years managing individual contributor engineers in a software environment
- Proven experience as a senior or staff-level full stack developer
- Strong background in modern web architectures and full stack development
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, customer-facing software products
- Experience in fast-moving startups or growth-stage companies
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and architectural planning
Preferred Experience
- Building SaaS applications with a focus on user-facing interfaces and workflows
- Frontend-heavy product development, including dashboards or interactive tools
Technology Stack
React, Golang, Python, PostgreSQL (RDS), Docker, OpenSearch, and AWS services including Lambda and Cognito.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with team hubs in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. The company operates digitally-first with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. Some roles require in-office presence by design.

- Salary range: $200,000 – $240,000 per year
