About the Role

This role is responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities by delivering value-focused strategies and ensuring clients achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve issues
  • Advocate for customer needs internally

  • Uncover opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Deliver training sessions and best practice guidance
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with product teams to share feedback
  • Manage stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Drive adoption through change management techniques
  • Measure and report on customer success KPIs
  • Respond to customer escalations professionally
  • Ensure contract deliverables are met
  • Stay current on industry trends and product updates
  • Facilitate customer reference programs
