Responsibilities

- Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments

- Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
- Promote employer branding to attract passive candidates
- Stay current on IT industry trends and talent markets
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Participate in recruitment strategy planning sessions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Provide regular updates on hiring metrics and progress
