Responsibilities
- Develop and manage in-app educational content tailored to diverse user personas and workflows.
- Design interactive learning experiences that guide users through key platform features and updates.
- Use product usage data to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize educational interventions.
- Collaborate with product teams to embed educational elements directly into the interface.
- Create scalable content formats such as tooltips, walkthroughs, and embedded tutorials.
- Measure the effectiveness of in-app education using engagement and performance metrics.
- Iterate on content based on user feedback and behavioral analytics.
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and instructional design across all in-app materials.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to align education strategies with user needs.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital learning and user onboarding best practices.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for in-app content launches.
- Support the development of multilingual content where applicable.
- Work with UX researchers to test and refine educational flows.
- Document processes and maintain a content repository for team use.
- Contribute to the long-term vision for product-led learning.

The Customer Education team is a small, agile group of four focused on enabling customer success through effective learning solutions. It operates within the Revenue Marketing organization, aligning education initiatives with broader customer engagement goals.
