What You'll Do
- Advise clients on transformational learning through advanced personal development and skill acquisition frameworks.
- Integrate high-level mastery systems and specialized internal training into client scenarios for skill transfer and retention.
- Mentor clients on eliminating limiting beliefs, overcoming learning plateaus, and cultivating a growth mindset.
- Cultivate a learning network by implementing outreach strategies to attract growth-focused individuals.
- Dedicate time to continuous self-invention and advanced leadership training to sharpen consulting expertise.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years in corporate training, executive coaching, education, or an L&D-focused role.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex learning concepts and lead virtual coaching sessions.
- Proven capacity to manage an independent training schedule and thrive in a remote environment.
- Demonstrable passion for continuous learning and embracing new personal development frameworks.
- Comfortable leveraging modern digital platforms to deliver and track client learning progress.
