Join sofatutor GmbH as a (Senior) CRO Specialist and drive data-based growth and optimization of the Customer Experience. In this role, you will conceive and execute strategic A/B tests to increase acquisition, activation, and retention of users across our subscription-based learning products. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on the company's success.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement growth experiments across the entire funnel – from hypothesis to launch and evaluation.
- Ensure a clear pipeline of experiments based on impact, effort, and learning value.
- Work closely with design, development, and relevant stakeholders to translate testing concepts into high-quality experiments.
- Use analytics, user research, competitive analysis, and best practices to identify potential and derive strong hypotheses.
- Share results, insights, and learnings from experiments transparently with team and stakeholders to foster alignment and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), website optimization, or growth-oriented roles.
- Proven success in designing and conducting experiments that led to measurable business results (e.g., higher conversion rates, more revenue).
- Experience in high-velocity testing environments and the ambition to continuously increase experimentation speed without losing quality or learning value.
- Very good analytical skills and practical experience in interpreting quantitative data with tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI.
- Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to structure and prioritize experiments along strategic growth goals.
- Very good English communication skills to clearly convey insights and strategies to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Convert), and ideally with additional research/UX tools like Hotjar.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Very good German language skills to better understand customer needs in the DACH market.
