Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, website optimization, or growth-focused roles.
- Proven track record of designing and executing experiments that delivered measurable business impact, such as increased conversion rates or revenue growth.
- Experience operating in high-velocity testing environments with a focus on accelerating experiment throughput without sacrificing quality or learning value.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience interpreting quantitative data using tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize, structure, and prioritize experiments aligned with overarching growth objectives.
- Excellent English communication skills to clearly convey insights and strategies to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
- Proficiency with A/B testing platforms such as Convert, and ideally additional UX research tools like Hotjar.
- Fluent written and spoken English at a professional level.
Nice to Have
- Fluent German language skills to better understand customer needs in the DACH region.
