About the Role
The individual will design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and user research to enhance digital experiences and increase conversion across key customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a scalable testing roadmap aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to identify optimization opportunities
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate experiments
- Analyze user behavior to uncover friction points in customer journeys
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Prioritize experiments based on potential impact and effort
- Monitor experiment performance and ensure statistical validity
- Report on key metrics including conversion rates, retention, and revenue impact
- Maintain a central repository of test results and learnings
- Advocate for a culture of experimentation across departments
- Utilize analytics platforms to track user interactions
- Conduct qualitative research such as surveys and usability tests
- Optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and checkout processes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations during testing
- Mentor junior team members in CRO best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging CRO techniques
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with conversion goals
- Evaluate third-party CRO tools and recommend integrations
- Communicate results and insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement through iterative testing
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Certification in CRO or UX research
- Experience managing CRO platforms at scale
- Background in machine learning applications for personalization
- Familiarity with international markets and localization
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Public speaking or conference presentation experience
- Open-source contributions related to analytics or testing
