About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships, increase lifetime value, and support scalable growth through targeted messaging and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to guide customers through onboarding, retention, and reactivation
  • Use customer segmentation to deliver personalized messaging at scale
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to measure campaign performance and optimize based on insights
  • Manage CRM calendar planning to align messaging with product updates and business goals
  • Oversee the creation of content assets tailored to specific customer segments
  • Ensure brand consistency across all CRM touchpoints
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement automated workflows
  • Monitor key performance indicators including open rates, conversion rates, and churn metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations in all communications
  • Lead vendor coordination for CRM platform support and enhancements
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on CRM program impact
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through behavioral insights
  • Support integration of CRM data with broader marketing technology stack
