Brigit is looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to contribute to day-to-day operations for major CRM channels including email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications. You will maintain the content and deployment calendar in this impactful role, working cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Design, and Engineering to enable new personalized customer journeys. This position reports to the CRM Director.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Brand, Product, Compliance, and Data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and engagement opportunities within marketing and transactional touchpoints.
- Run A/B tests, perform analysis, and optimize marketing and transactional workflows for new and existing products.
- Own transactional workflow reporting and monitoring.
- Use data to identify opportunities for activation and upsell in existing and new transactional flows.
- Get team alignment on changes and improvements while optimizing for brand and user experience.
- Partner with the product team to lead conceptualizing, creating, and managing CRM initiatives via automated and personalized email marketing programs, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Manage CRM campaigns from end to end, including strategy, requirement gathering, briefing, optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
- Create and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations with static and dynamic content.
- Ensure campaigns, including tests, segmentation, and complex personalization logic, are set up and deployed accurately and timely.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Legal/Compliance to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs from conception through analysis.
- Strong experience with Iterable, including custom events and dynamic scripting language (handlebars).
- Ability to write or at least edit intuitive CRM copy for transactional events, welcome emails, and similar communications.
- Experience testing and optimizing transactional, event-based workflows for email, push, and SMS.
- Knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Exceptional project management skills, experience managing multiple competing projects and deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
