As the Senior CRM Manager, you will shape and execute customer retention strategies across casino, sportsbook, and live gaming platforms. Your focus will be on building data-informed campaigns that enhance player engagement and extend customer lifecycle value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a unified CRM strategy spanning all product lines
- Design and manage multi-channel outreach including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Develop audience segments and behavioral triggers to deliver timely, relevant content
- Oversee the CRM calendar to maintain compliance and strategic alignment
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion, churn, and engagement
- Work closely with product, marketing, and business intelligence teams to support shared objectives
- Lead and mentor junior CRM team members, promoting continuous improvement
- Implement automation, A/B testing, and optimization practices to scale impact
What You Bring
- At least two years of CRM experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Background in iGaming or online entertainment with familiarity with bonus systems and player motivation
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as FastTrack or Customer.io
- Proven success in improving retention, reactivation, and engagement rates
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with player lifecycle data
- Clear communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English
