As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll be a key player in our growing company. We're hunting for a dynamic professional to join our CRM Squad within the Growth Team and drive acquisition and retention through smart CRM strategies.

In this role, you'll manage sophisticated omnichannel lifecycle programs, develop and launch new CRM initiatives, and craft the tone and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Our goal? Requirements

What You'll Be Doing 🌟

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager within the Growth team, you'll work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and B2B teams.

You'll contribute to the overall CRM strategy, with a razor-sharp focus on activation and retention across existing channels like email, SMS, and push notifications, plus future channels such as in-app messaging and WhatsApp. The key? Building scalable, automated communications that never compromise on brand messaging and engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a CRM strategy and roadmap that fuels Hertility's growth, focusing on customer activation, retention, and lifetime value
  • Supporting campaign planning and delivery for Brand, B2B, Customer Service, and product teams
  • Becoming a Braze ninja and constantly pushing the boundaries of customer communication
  • Executing end-to-end multi-channel CRM journeys to keep customers engaged throughout their lifecycle - think upsell, cross-sell, re-engagement, and loyalty flows
  • Supporting CRM requirements for product launches and feature releases
  • Running A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, send times, and cadence, then sharing insights with the team
  • Diving deep into data to optimize performance and boost conversion and retention
  • Reporting on performance and key learnings
  • Getting to know our customers through research, feedback, and engagement data to supercharge our segmentation strategy
  • Tracking and improving CRM KPIs

What We're Looking For 🎯

πŸ“œ Relevant Experience: 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably in e-commerce, with deep digital marketing and loyalty strategy chops. Total campaign execution pro, skilled in ESPs and CDPs like Braze.

  4. Final InterviewTwo 15-minute conversations with the Founders.
  5. Start Date: Monday 4th August 2025
