Massive Rocket is looking for a Senior CRM Consultant to join our Marketing & CRM practice. This is a contract role where you will provide expert guidance to clients across the European region.
What You'll Do
- Lead CRM strategy and implementation projects for enterprise clients
- Analyze client business processes to design effective CRM solutions
- Provide expert consultation on marketing automation and customer data platforms
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a CRM consultant in a client-facing role
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, contract-based position. You can be based anywhere in Europe and collaborate with our global team.
