Serverfarm is hiring a Senior Critical Infrastructure Engineer to join our Operations Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of essential infrastructure systems. You will operate with a global perspective, supporting critical infrastructure from a U.S.-based location.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability critical infrastructure systems
- Lead complex engineering projects from conception through to deployment
- Diagnose and resolve system-level incidents to ensure operational continuity
- Develop and automate operational procedures to improve reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and standards
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in critical infrastructure or data center operations
- Deep expertise in power distribution, cooling systems, and physical security for data centers
- Proven ability to design and document complex infrastructure solutions
- Strong project leadership skills with experience managing vendor relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for high-pressure situations
Work Mode
This role operates with a global focus and is based in the United States. You will collaborate with teams and support infrastructure across multiple international locations.
