About the Role

The Marketing Practice is hiring a Senior Creative Conceptual Copywriter for its UK team. As a trendsetter in integrated B2B marketing, we believe B2B work should be as powerful and imaginative as B2C. In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading creative projects from ideation to execution, crafting bold concepts for B2B communications, and owning the copy space within the team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead creative projects from ideation to execution.
  • Hold client relationships from a creative standpoint — presenting work, leading conversations, and offering creative input.
  • Help the client and internal teams simplify complex information.
  • Craft bold, original concepts and deliver them across a range of B2B communications, from brand awareness campaigns to account-based marketing.
  • Own ideas and advocate for them, with a willingness to flex as required.
  • Generate ideas that are surprising, differentiating, relevant, express the client proposition, are easy to understand, and work in a non-written format.
  • Write copy that uses wit, intelligence and lateral thinking, translates complex jargon into everyday language, is engaging, appropriate to audience/medium/brand, and accurate.
  • Occasionally support with proofreading the work of copy peers.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in a copy-based creative role.
  • A portfolio of work that shows thinking and craft.
  • An eye for detail—you set high standards for your copy and expect the same of others.
  • A collaborative spirit and the confidence to own the room — with colleagues and clients alike.
  • The ability to simplify the complex and make it impactful.
  • Comfort switching between campaign thinking and day-to-day content — and doing both well.
  • A keen sense of how creativity shows up across different platforms — and what makes ideas stick.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience.
  • Experience of working in B2B marketing.

Team & Environment

You will work day-to-day, side-by-side with a multidisciplinary team including Associate Creative Directors, Creative Directors, designers, strategists, and media specialists.
