Shape high-performing ad campaigns and offers from the ground up as the lead creative in a remote-first digital education company dedicated to empowering everyday people to build online businesses. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling, conversion-driven content that performs at scale—without relying on personal branding or on-camera presence.
What You’ll Do
- Develop scroll-stopping ad concepts, hooks, and messaging frameworks for Meta, YouTube, and Instagram Reels
- Write and refine full ad copy across paid channels, optimized for cold traffic conversion
- Design and script video sales letters (VSLs) using AI avatars, voiceover, or stock footage—no founder on camera required
- Ensure seamless message alignment from first ad impression through checkout
- Collaborate directly with the founder to build new low-ticket offers, including naming, structure, and delivery
- Iterate on creative based on performance data in partnership with the Head of Marketing
- Build faceless, brand-agnostic funnels capable of achieving 1.5x ROAS or better on cold Meta traffic
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to reverse-engineer winning ads and funnels across niches
- Experience developing offers and VSLs that convert without celebrity or personal branding
- Skill in generating high-volume, high-variability ad concepts that scale to seven figures in ad spend
- Deep understanding of message-market fit and how to maintain it across touchpoints
- Ability to write clean, production-ready VSL scripts that drive action
- Track record of achieving breakeven or better ROAS on cold audiences
Compensation & Work Environment
This is a fully remote, full-time position offering $6,000–$10,000 per month. We operate on a global remote model with no office requirements. Success here is measured by client results—your work directly impacts real people building new income streams online.
