What You’ll Do
- Develop clear, impactful copy that supports both brand storytelling and measurable marketing goals.
- Interpret creative and business briefs to produce messaging tailored to audience segments and channel requirements.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to align copy with campaign strategy and data insights.
- Refine and maintain a distinctive brand voice across product descriptions, campaign slogans, CRM content, and long-form narratives.
- Contribute ideas to seasonal campaigns and ongoing editorial planning, balancing innovation with brand consistency.
- Iterate on messaging based on performance data, testing variations to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Manage revisions efficiently, balancing creative vision with clarity and business objectives in fast-moving workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated ability to write across brand-building and performance-focused campaigns.
- Strong portfolio highlighting digital content, social media, paid media, and marketing copy.
- Skilled at shifting between conceptual thinking and detailed writing—from headlines to long-form narratives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
- Exceptional editing, communication, and organizational abilities.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in New York, NY, requiring collaboration within a cross-functional team environment. The position involves regular adaptation to evolving business needs and campaign priorities.
Compensation
Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 annually. The role does not include equity or additional compensation components.
