ALICE + OLIVIA is hiring a Senior Copywriter to own the brand voice and execute all copywriting needs. You will translate business and creative briefs into compelling messaging for diverse audiences and channels, while contributing to the development of editorial content on a seasonal basis.

What You'll Do

Write and refine compelling copy for email, SMS, paid social, site, and digital campaigns that inspire action and align with performance goals.
Translate business and creative briefs into clear, engaging messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure copy aligns with data insights, channel strategy, and creative direction.
Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all touchpoints from product storytelling to campaign taglines, CRM personalization, and marketing messaging.
Contribute to campaign ideation and editorial content planning, supporting both seasonal storytelling and evergreen messaging.
Self-edit with precision, balancing creativity with clarity, and respond thoughtfully to feedback in fast-paced review cycles.
Partner closely with teams to concept, test, and iterate messaging that performs.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
5-6 years of professional experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand storytelling, ideally in fashion.
An experienced copywriter with a background in retail and/or lifestyle brands.
Proven experience writing for fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands across both brand-building and performance campaigns.
Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, marketing, paid media, and social.
Proven ability to write conversion-focused and brand-building copy.
Excellent communication, editing, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management.
