We are seeking Senior Contract Support Specialists to provide comprehensive acquisition support services. The specialist will assist with strategy, planning, data analysis, requirements development, Independent Government Cost Estimate preparation, and compliance reviews for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Responsibilities: - Provide advisory support for developing robust Statements of Work and Performance Work Statements - Assist with acquisition planning, solicitation preparation, market research, and source selection documentation - Prepare contract modifications, conduct cost/price analyses, develop analytics, generate reports, and draft contract termination documents - Execute diverse procurement tasks including research, analysis, data entry, writing, document preparation, editing, and administrative functions Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management - Minimum five years of recent acquisition support experience within the last seven years, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Specialized Experience Requirements include: - Construction/Architect-Engineering contract expertise - Complex service contract proficiency - Leasing and specialized contract management skills Additional Required Competencies: - Provide leadership and technical guidance - Excellent time management and communication skills - Collaborative stakeholder engagement - Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Procurement package preparation compliance Eligibility: - U.S. work authorization - Ability to obtain federal public trust clearance Compensation Range: $110,000 - $120,000 Comprehensive benefits package included Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diverse and inclusive workplace.
