As a Senior Consultant in Clinical Operations, you'll partner with life sciences companies to transform how they manage clinical trials using modern cloud technology. You'll assess client needs, shape system configurations, and guide teams through technical and process changes that support long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate client workflows and design tailored solutions within the Vault Clinical platform, including eTMF, CTMS, SSU, and Payments modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, guide configuration, and support validation, data migration, and system integration
- Advise on best practices for transitioning from on-premise systems to SaaS environments, emphasizing change management and user adoption
- Diagnose system challenges and implement effective configurations to meet evolving business needs
- Develop deployment strategies, define success metrics, and establish governance frameworks for post-go-live operations
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning internal teams, product groups, and client leaders around shared objectives
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development across implementation projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in clinical operations, technology implementation, or IT support within life sciences
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, study documentation, site qualification, monitoring processes, and trial closeout procedures
- Proven background in leading consulting engagements, requirement analysis, or system deployment initiatives
- Ability to influence decision-making, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication skills in English, with clarity in both written and verbal formats
- Self-directed with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional designs
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
