Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in consulting or a related field, demonstrating consistent success in client-facing roles and achieving measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives, providing clear direction in uncertain or evolving situations
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one practice area, including program or project management, business analysis, change management, process optimization, Agile methodologies, organizational design, or business strategy
- Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful results
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities, with comfort engaging executives and senior leaders
Nice to Have
- Subject matter knowledge in industries such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data and technology domains
- Prior involvement in ERP, CRM, or POS system implementations
- Hold professional credentials such as PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci
