Help shape the future of AI learning by designing comprehensive consulting simulations based on real-world business challenges. We're looking for seasoned consultants with direct experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain to build structured, realistic project environments that train AI in high-level decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed consulting scenarios grounded in real industries, complete with financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs to reflect actual client conditions.
- Break down complex engagements into logical, sequential tasks that mirror standard consulting workflows—such as market analysis, operational assessment, growth strategy, and cost optimization.
- Establish clear evaluation standards for each task, including grading rubrics and model outputs that define high-quality responses.
- Produce full-cycle examples, from initial problem framing and work planning through analysis, synthesis, and final client recommendations.
What We Require
- Minimum of three years’ experience at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company.
- Proven track record in structuring unstructured business problems and driving them to insight.
- Solid experience developing analytical models, synthesizing findings, and delivering polished, client-ready outputs.
- Strong ability to define clear, logical workflows from vague or incomplete information.
- High precision in reasoning and a keen eye for internal consistency.
- Fluency in written English (B2 or higher) and a self-directed approach to work.
