At Capgemini, a Senior Consultant II plays a pivotal role in shaping the future for our clients. You will support Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services, and products, designing and implementing the business and operating models that will define tomorrow's organizations.
What You'll Do
- Support Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products.
- Design and implement new business and operating models.
- Bring to life the organizations of the future.
- Develop customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.
- Develop a specialization within a specific domain of expertise or industry.
- Be responsible for the completion of a part of a project or activities.
- Lead a small team.
- Be client oriented and learn to explore sales activities.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $112,600 - $212,700
- Paid time off based on employee grade (A-F): Vacation: 12-25 days, Company paid holidays, Personal Days, Sick Leave
