Lidl is looking for a Senior Consultant Global Pricing & Retail Processes to architect our global pricing strategy and translate complex AI models into measurable market success across over 30 countries.
What You'll Do
- Conduct best-in-class benchmarkings to align internal requirements with global retail pricing standards.
- Provide strategic consulting on the selection and optimization of international pricing software such as Revionics and Blue Yonder.
- Methodically transfer complex mathematical AI models into operationally steerable pricing strategies for our country organizations.
- Develop an innovation roadmap for AI-supported pricing and automated price control.
- Support business architects by defining simulation models to analyze margin effects.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in pricing strategy or consulting within a global retail environment, specifically FMCG or Hard Discount.
- Direct experience in the international implementation of pricing software solutions.
- Good understanding of how algorithms function, including concepts like price elasticities and cannibalization effects.
- Pronounced analytical excellence in price theories and the ability to constructively question existing processes.
- Negotiation-secure German and good English language skills.
