KPMG is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. In this role, you will join a dedicated team of approximately 30 colleagues and advise clients from various sectors on strategic financial challenges, end-to-end EPM system implementations, and translating strategy into actionable KPIs and management reporting.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients from diverse sectors on strategic financial issues, including Cost and Profitability Management, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Record-to-Report.
- Support end-to-end implementations of Enterprise Performance Management systems.
- Translate client strategy into measurable KPIs and management reports.
- Contribute to organizations' sustainability transition by developing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports.
- Use your knowledge and experience to lead, coach, and support junior colleagues.
- Conduct interviews, give presentations, organize workshops, and write detailed advisory reports.
- Work on proposition development, maintain client relationships, and facilitate client events.
- Participate in team meetings and social events.
What We're Looking For
- A completed WO-master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a similar field.
- Experience with financial issues and interest in complex challenges within this domain.
- The ability to convey ideas and analyses in a structured and convincing manner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- The ability to make complex information accessible and understandable.
- A professional command of both the Dutch and English languages.

You will join a team of approximately 30 colleagues, a mix of young and very experienced professionals. You will report to your Personal Development Manager.
